Mike founded Murdock & Co in 2009 after nearly a decade at a national firm, where he represented clients in over 200 Employment Tribunal cases. He left to build something different — a practice where clients speak directly to the lawyer handling their matter, not to a series of assistants. He has a reputation for clear advice under pressure and for taking on cases that larger firms consider too small to bother with. He does not consider any client’s problem too small to take seriously.
